Planning was granted in February 2024 planning ref no 23754 for an extension to the rear of property to replace the existing annex and garage/workshop it has been positioned in such a way that it will enjoy sea views and form a enclosed courtyard to the south west in order to create a perfect sun trap. 

The new kitchen and utility will be  linked to the house with a south facing winter garden space. It is proposed to convert the existing kitchen to a bedroom with associated ensuite which will be accessible from the ground floor entrance level. The plan form of the original dayrooms in the house will be retained but accessed off a new south facing glazed winter garden space. 

At first floor it is proposed to extend the existing extension granted under the previous planning application (register reference 08108) to provide additional bedroom accommodation. The existing bedroom accommodation will be rationalised to provide well proportioned bedrooms.
